Sculpture Strand

From clay modelling of pots to large outdoor sculptures, our children learn about a range of different sculpting techniques.  

They learn about some famous and less-well-known scultpors such as Alfie Bradley, Antony Gormley, Angela Gurria and Andy Goldsworthy.

They discover that almost any materials can be used to make a piece of scultpure and that sculptures, throughout history have reflected society as well as challenging thinking.
